We hired Green Cuisine Catering for our office party and everyone loved the food! We had a lot of moving details and they worked with us smoothly to make sure everything was taken care of. We had the pleasure of working with Maria and her team for a two-day event serving more than 100 guests. They provided lunch service both days and an incredible on-site BBQ dinner prepared by a private chef, and everything exceeded our expectations. From planning to execution, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Maria was attentive, organized, and wonderful to work with. Communication was excellent, every detail was thoughtfully handled, and her team made the entire experience easy for us as organizers. The food was outstanding, fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn't stop talking about it, and we received countless compliments throughout the event. What truly stood out was how clean, organized, and professional the entire team was. They brought such a positive attitude, paid attention to every detail, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. I am so thankful that I found Green Cuisine Catering and selected them for my daughter’s wedding.  They were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly dedicated to the art of serving only quality ingredients! We opted to serve the Tulum package and were not disappointed but, they have a large selection of cuisines to choose from and specialize in barbecue. The food was fresh hot and delicious to say the least. There flexibly and willingness to work with us in every detail including our wedding theme decor was a step above there competitors. All our guests marveled and remarked how delicious the food was. Maria and her team did an exceptional job. They treated us like family which put our hearts at ease, I know  we made the right choice by selecting Green Cuisine Catering. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone looking to hire catering for your event to look no further than Green Cuisine Catering. You will not be disappointed you did. OUR FAVORITE CATERER IN THE BAY AREA! From the first contact with Maria, I knew we had made the best decision for caterers.  She listened to all the variables for our upcoming dinner for over 40 persons and responded with suggestions that addressed all our needs.  "We will take care of you" was her mantra...and she did.  The food was very good:  tri tip, chicken, and stuffed mushrooms.  The sauces for each help make the dishes most favorful.  The prepared vegetables truly made me like vegetables. I love using Green Cuisine Catering! Not only that their food is delicious, but working with them is so easy and fun, especially the owner Maria! I've used them for company and personal events. Maria is very knowledgeable when it comes to coming up with a delectable menu. She can work with any dietary restrictions (although I don't know about kosher, because we haven't had a need for it). They catered my son's first birthday party and guests were very excited to eat as they can smell the delicious BBQ Brisket & Chicken that I ordered. Maria curated my menu to be both adult and kid friendly, lifting a huge weight on my shoulders as I planned for the rest of the party. Overall, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND catering from Green Cuisine. Look no further for your best mobile taco catering. Maria and Green Cuisine Catering are a 10!! Seriously. They say 'fresh ingredients'- it IS. This is waaay better than a taco grill, it's that and more. Classy, delicious, beautifully presented. Everything is made from scratch- the salsa bar (yes!), the salad dressings, everything! Did I say fresh? We used Maria and team for a wedding celebration and it could not have been better. Try them for any menu type, they do it all!
